Grant Wieler named "Best Individual Realtor" 4393 Awards
I’m genuinely grateful to share that I was named Best Individual Realtor in the 4393 Readers’ Choice Awards.
To everyone who voted—thank you. And to my clients, neighbors, fellow local professionals, and friends across our communities—thank you for trusting me with something that’s often both financial and deeply personal: where you live, how you live, and what you want your time in Vermont to feel like.
Awards are never a solo effort. They reflect the people who invite you into their lives, the local partners who help transactions run smoothly, and the community that holds you accountable to do the work the right way.
A “steady climb” into real estate
My path into real estate wasn’t an overnight leap, it has been a steady climb. I earned my real estate license in 2014 and started out behind the scenes in an administrative role, learning the details that make a transaction work: timelines, documents, inspections, financing milestones, and the small decisions that can either reduce stress or create it.
At the same time, I’ve spent years around homes and building—learning how properties function, how they age in Vermont’s climate, and how to look beyond the surface. Over the past 12 years, that combination of “back-end” experience and hands-on perspective has shaped how I show up for clients today.
It means I’m not just focused on getting to the closing table. I’m focused on helping you make a confident decision, one that holds up after the excitement wears off and real life moves in.
Serving Stowe, Morristown, Elmore, and the Greater Mount Mansfield Region. I’m based in Morristown and work throughout Stowe, Morristown, Elmore, and what I often call the Greater Mount Mansfield Region; the communities and neighborhoods that orbit the mountain lifestyle so many of us love.
People come here for different reasons:
A primary home with access to schools, community, and year-round recreation.
A second home that feels like a true Vermont basecamp.
A property that supports a lifestyle (skiing, biking, hiking, time outside).
A long-term investment that can also be enjoyed along the way. No matter the reason, the common thread is that Vermont real estate is unique. Inventory, seasonality, road access, water/wastewater considerations, and property condition can all play a bigger role here than in many other markets.
What I believe a great Realtor actually does
When people search “Stowe Realtor” or “Vermont real estate,” they’ll find plenty of options. My approach is simple, and it’s built around a few commitments:
- Honest guidance: Clear opinions when you want them, and straightforward answers when you need them
- Strong communication: Fewer surprises, more clarity especially around timelines and next steps
- Local context: Not just comps, but real-world insight into neighborhoods, seasonality, and how a property will live
- Advocacy: Calm, steady negotiation and problem-solving when things get complicated
I also believe in personal accountability. If you work with me, you’re working with me not a handoff to a junior agent or a revolving cast of contacts. This award comes at a meaningful time because I’m continuing to build Green Peak Properties, PLLC.
Green Peak Properties is a local brokerage rooted in the same values that brought me into this work:
- Respect for the communities we live in
- A love for Vermont’s outdoors and the lifestyle it supports
- A commitment to doing things the right way especially when it would be easier not to
I’m proud of the brand we’re building, but I’m even more proud of the relationships behind it. The goal isn’t to be the loudest name in the market. The goal is to be the steady, trusted resource people come back to and refer because the experience felt clear, professional, and human.
If you’re thinking about a move, here are a few practical next steps
Whether you’re planning a move now or simply gathering information, here are a few ways I can help without pressure:
- Clarify your timeline and priorities Even a short conversation can help you sort out what matters most: location, access, condition, budget, and lifestyle fit.
- Understand the market with real context Online estimates and headlines rarely tell the full story. I’m happy to share what I’m seeing on the ground in Stowe, Morristown, Elmore, and the surrounding area.
- Get a realistic plan for buying or selling A good plan reduces stress. For sellers, that means pricing, prep, and a marketing timeline. For buyers, it means financing readiness and a strategy that matches the season.
If you’re not ready to talk yet, that’s okay too. My goal is to be helpful first.
