I’m Hosting The American Dream TV’s Stowe, Vermont Edition
I’ve been sitting on this news for a few weeks, and I can finally say it out loud: I’m the American Dream TV host for Stowe, Vermont. This season I’ll be hosting the Stowe edition of The American Dream TV, a national lifestyle series built around one simple idea: celebrating communities and the people who shape them.
That idea is the whole reason I’m doing this. Here’s how I’d put it in one sentence: “I’m hosting The American Dream TV in Stowe so the people who actually built this place — the trail builders, the farmers, the makers, the folks who show up — get told on a national stage, by someone who lives here.”
Season 10 brings six episodes over the next year, and you can follow along on the American Dream TV
What Is The American Dream TV?
A Two-Time Emmy®-Nominated Lifestyle Series
The American Dream TV (ADTV) is a lifestyle series created by Craig Sewing of American Dream Media and Tech. Its tagline says it better than I can: “Celebrating Communities and the People Who Shape Them.” Episodes spotlight the businesses, organizations, traditions and people that give a place its character.
The series is two-time Emmy®-nominated and a TELLY® and VIDDY award winner. It isn’t a house-tour show. It’s a community show, and that’s exactly why it fits here. Stowe gets plenty of attention as a destination. It rarely gets a look at the people who keep it running all year.
Where to Watch ADTV
According to ADTV, the series reaches about 30 million viewers nationwide. ADTV reaches viewers on platforms including HGTV, Travel Channel, Tubi, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Roku, YouTube Movies & TV and Samsung TV, plus its own ADTV app. To get a feel for the format, watch past episodes on the ADTV app. Where and when the Stowe episodes appear is the network’s call, and I’ll share those details as soon as I have them.
Why I Said Yes to Hosting American Dream TV in Stowe
A Stowe REALTOR® Who Lives the Lifestyle
I’ve been licensed since 2014, and today I’m the Broker/Owner of Green Peak Properties at KW Vermont. There are a lot of good Stowe VT REALTORS® who know the numbers. What I’ve always tried to bring is the other half: I ski here, I ride here and I run here. I know which trails connect, which hillsides hold snow, and what the light does to a west-facing ridge in the hour before sunset.
Celebrating a place and helping people find their way into it take the same skill: knowing the land and the people on it. This series is that work on a bigger stage.
Telling Stowe’s Story Through Its People
When people ask me why I agreed to this, here’s my answer:
I said yes for one reason: I get to pick who we point the camera at. Stowe and Lamoille County are full of people quietly holding this community together — the folks rebuilding trail after a washout, the family that’s been boiling sap on the same hillside for four generations, the shop owner who sponsors every youth team in town — and almost none of them have ever had someone tell their story properly. Six episodes over the next year, and I intend to spend all six of them on them, not on me.
I’ve seen what happens when this community gets a reason to show up. Earlier this month, the 3rd Annual Elmore Mountain 10K trail race sent runners up the Ridge Trail to the Elmore Mountain fire tower and back, with proceeds supporting the mountain bike association’s trail work. Every step was on trail that volunteers built and maintain, and those volunteers rarely get thanked in public. That’s the kind of story I want on screen.
It’s the same thinking behind Closing for a Cause, where I donate to each client’s charity of choice instead of a traditional closing gift. This season is a chance to extend that to the whole county.
What to Expect From Season 10 in Stowe, VT
Six Episodes Over the Next Year
The Stowe edition runs six episodes over the next twelve months, with the crew returning roughly every two months, so we get to show Vermont across its seasons instead of squeezing it into one week.
Filming Begins in November 2026
Cameras roll in November. Premiere details are coming soon. We’re targeting this winter, and I’ll post the date on the show page as soon as it’s confirmed. If you’ve never been here in November, it’s stick season in Stowe: quiet, bare-branched, and one of my favorite times of year in town.
The first story we’re telling belongs to Elevate Movement Collective and Green Mountain Academy. Elevate is a multi-sport training facility focused on long-term athlete development, and their philosophy is one I’d happily hang on the wall: the point isn’t who won last weekend, it’s whether an athlete is still loving their sport at twenty-five. As they put it in their own announcement, this is just the first chapter of a bigger story taking shape on Mountain Road.
Local People, Places and Traditions Across Lamoille County
From there, the season widens out across Lamoille County. Nothing is final beyond the first episode, so I won’t name names yet. But these are the kinds of stories we’re exploring:
The bike community, and how it keeps riding straight through a Vermont winter
Maple and forestry, and the people who work the woods
Design and building in the mountains, and what it takes to site a home on a Vermont hillside
Some of the best ones will come from you.
How to Follow Along and Get Involved

Know Someone Who Should Be Featured?
This is the most important part of the post, and it’s my own personal ask:
Who in Lamoille County deserves to have their story told? Send me a name.
A business owner, a trail crew, a volunteer, a farmer, a coach, a maker: anyone who makes this place what it is. To be clear, this isn’t an official ADTV nomination process and I can’t promise a feature to anyone. I’m asking the people who know this county best to point me toward the stories worth telling. Send me a name here or reply in the comments below.
